TRAUMA MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS

Give your people the best professional support to aid speedy recovery following a traumatic event.

Our workshops are designed and delivered by Clinicla Psychologists and Chartered Psychologists who specialise in trauma management and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Our Trauma Management Workshops (TMW) provide a unique psychological approach to working with people who have been exposed to a trauma.  They utilise a combination of the best individual and workshop-based approaches to provide information about reactions to trauma and individual sessions to create a personal strategy for the individual to return to work.

POST INCIDENT PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

A clear objective assessment of an individual following an incident with recommendations to support your decision making

Following an incident or possibly several incidents fundamental questions may need to be asked as to what action is required to enable an individual to return to work.

Our post incident psychological assessments use standardised methods to assess particular aspects of human behaviour.

The assessment provides an objective picture of the individual and whether there are any factors identified through assessment that might have contributed to the episode of interest.

A report will be submitted to you with recommendations that might include furthertraining, treatment, referal to specialist help and the possibility of suggested temporary or permanent redeployment.
